Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If the merchandise arrives to you in damaged condition, then please Contact us within a week's time!

Wrong size

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Change of heart

You may return the item you have purchased for a full refund or exchange under following conditions

  • The merchandise is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The merchandise is returned on the same day of delivery. Or if delivered after 5 PM, the item should be shipped for return before 12 PM the following business day.
